What Films have you been watching?Re: What Films have you been watching?i watched a couple...
MATT DAMON!, MATT DAMON! SUPREMACY and MATT DAMON! ULTIMATIUM, they were shite. then i watched Harry Brown which was good, Joe Dirt which was pretty funny, From Paris With Love which would have been better with MATT DAMON! in it, the 70s version of The Crazies which was very 70s, Capitalism - A Love Story which was depressing, Did You Hear About The Morgans which made me want to kill Hugh Grant and that butters off Sex In Teh City even more than ever, Remarkable Power which was pretty cool, and Back To School which made me miss Rodney Dangerfield. in short, don't use me as a guide to quality film viewing. Re: What Films have you been watching?Chocolate. A Thai film that is a bit like Rain Man crossed with Fists of Fury with a lil girl as the protagonist. The fight scenes are simply awesome. If u like martial arts films without the poncy flying around on wires then this is for you.

right again
Re: What Films have you been watching?I just watched Hugh Jackman's "The Fountain". Visually & thematically it's a cross between Yen Tan & Alessandro Calza's "Ciao" and Guillermo del Toro's "El Laberinto del Fauno". Kinda weird, but I liked it.

Re: What Films have you been watching?Daybreakers.
Interesting twist on the vampire flick meme. Ethan Hawke is hot as the main bloodsucker. Has the cheesiest final scene ever. Only down-side is that the only character to show the least bit of development gets killed off right at the end Ursophile
Re: What Films have you been watching?Watched Daybreakers it was pants. thoroughly disappointing film. Really wooden acting, rubbish story and a waste of a couple of hours.
Just watched Repo Man with Gerty as she had never seen it before. Really enjoyed watching it again. A good flamewar brings all the tards to the board!!!

Re: What Films have you been watching?Recently I've been to see
Alice In Wonderland-okay I suppose but a big disappointment coming from Tim Burton, you'd think he was perfect for this story, fun in parts but pretty unimaginative considering the material Clash Of The Titans-absolute load of rubbish, a travesty of the 80s film. Don't know why they bothered, especially when even the 3D is poo. A terrible mess of a script, monsters that you can hardly see clearly,[and were done much better in the original], and I can't figure out why they keep pushing Sam Worthington as a star either, he's awful!
Re: What Films have you been watching?
I though it was the most awesome thing id seen for a long long long long time! I cant wait to see it again and Im excited to have a copy of my very own as soon as possible! Each to their own....
Re: What Films have you been watching? We watched 'Where the wild thing are' last night

Re: What Films have you been watching?
ah i dont agree, i was properly dissapointed with it, not what i hoped for at all, I certainly wouldnt want to see it again... But I loves the book.
Re: What Films have you been watching?I think it was probably one of two interpretations I'd have gone with - and this was the darker more tormented one. My opinion may have been coloured by reading some interviews with Spike and Maurice about the making of it, so I went in with certain expectations.
I thought it was ace! But I can see how it could have been done differently with success aswell. It's tricky, cos books like that are so important as you grow up, and we'll all interpret them dfferently - so putting it on teh big screen kinda marginalises all our experiences. always going to be tricky ![]() _______________________________________________________
